Bring your machine in for evaluation, and I’ll address the specific problem whenever possible without performing a full maintenance service. Pricing is based on the work performed.
If your machine needs more in-depth service, I’ll go over options with you before proceeding.

Standard service for modern mechanical machines (plastic cases, no electronic buttons or computerization).
Starting at $95

Service for computerized machines, including models with electronic buttons or touchscreens.
Starting at $115

Service for vintage, metal-bodied machines.
Starting at $85

We currently service domestic home sewing machines only.
This includes standard lock stitch machines.

We do not service chain stitch machines, sergers, overlockers, industrial or commercial machines, blind hemmers, multi-needle or upright embroidery machines, or other specialty machines.

Machines installed in cabinets should be removed prior to drop-off. If you need assistance or are unable to transport your machine, pickup service may be available by appointment.

  • All machines are evaluated prior to service
  • Additional issues may be identified during repair
  • Additional cleaning fees may apply for heavily soiled or contaminated machines
  • All work beyond initial scope is approved before proceeding
  • By appointment only for all drop-offs
  • All repairs are subject to our service policies, including pre-existing condition and abandonment terms.
