We Stand Behind Our Work
Each pre-owned machine is inspected, cleaned, serviced, and tested to ensure it is in proper working condition at the time of sale. This warranty provides limited coverage to help ensure your machine continues to perform as expected after purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers labor required to restore the machine to the condition it was in at the time of sale. If your machine fails to perform as expected under normal use during the warranty period, we will inspect and perform necessary adjustments related to the original refurbishment at no additional labor cost. Any replacement parts required will be discussed and approved prior to installation. This warranty covers labor only.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover parts or components, damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper threading, lack of routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, electrical or computerized failures, or repairs performed by another party after purchase.
Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only for the machine sold. This warranty is non-transferable.
How to Request Service
If your machine is not performing as expected, please call, text, or email us to schedule an evaluation. The machine must be returned to the shop for inspection. If the issue is determined to be related to the original refurbishment, it will be addressed under warranty. Any parts required will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
