We stand behind the quality of our work. This warranty covers the specific repairs and adjustments performed during your service, so you can sew with confidence after your machine is returned.
What’s Covered
If your sewing machine fails to perform as expected due to issues related to the original service, please return it within the warranty period. We will re-evaluate and perform any necessary adjustments at no charge for labor related to the original service. This warranty covers labor associated with the original service only. Any replacement parts or additional repairs outside the scope of the original service will be discussed and approved prior to additional charges.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Needle strikes or damage
- Improper use, threading, or maintenance
- Electrical or computerized component failure
- Issues unrelated to the original service
- Warranty coverage only applies to the specific service perfomed
- Machines serviced or altered by another party after service
Warranty Period
Standard service is covered for 60 days from the date of service unless otherwise noted. Warranty coverage applies only to the original issue addressed during service and is valid only for the machine that was serviced. Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
How to Request Service
If you experience an issue related to your service, please call, text, or email us to schedule a follow-up evaluation. The machine must be returned to the shop for inspection. If the issue is determined to be related to the original service, it will be addressed under warranty.
